Anurag Srivastava is a 1993 NITK E&E graduate. He worked in consumer electronics & durable industry in production, maintenance and majorly in service management in top multinational and Indian companies such as Philips, Electrolux, Tata Sky, Tata Tele etc. His last assignment as professional was in German Multinational B2X Care, a global service provider for brands such Samsung, Apple, One Plus, Motorola, Lenovo, MI and many more.

Garima has made group of parents of children with autism. The person who gave inspiration to Garima is none other than her child Vatsal. Vatsal is also autistic, but it did not occur cause of pain or weakness for his mother, but as a mission unfolded. Mission to fill cheerfulness in the lives of children with autism, the mission to bring happiness into the lives of those parents who were about to leave hope and assume its destiny to be living like that. Ms Arpita Yadav, self-reliant mother of Nirbhay, who was born with a rare neuro metabolic disorder called Infantile Refsum, chose to look upon this event as her calling, and what started as an effort to chart out a survival path for Nirbhay, turned into a crusade for all those with special needs.
